This notice is published in order to identify Economic Operators interested in participating in the subsequent negotiation. This phase does not give Economic Operators any assurance regarding the subsequent invitation to tender and does not bind SPN S.p.A. in any way. Below is a summary of the information useful for the market survey, which forms the basis for the subsequent tender documentation.

Subject of the contract: Sub-concession for the use of buildings divided into two lots, one of which with a related external area, located in the municipality of Pompeii:
• Lot 1 – building located at the entrance ramp of the Pompeii Scavi junction (sheet 8, parcel 705, sub 1, (area 50 m²);
• Lot 2 – no. 2 buildings with associated outdoor areas located near the Pompei Scavi motorway exit, with access from Piazza Porta Marina Inferiore in the municipality of Pompei (sheet 8, parcel 311, sub 2 (area 150 m²) and sub 3 (area 143 m²), plus associated outdoor areas (approximately 500 square metres).
